Children’s Program at New Haven UMC

BLAST Children’s Ministry exists to allow kids to discover who God is and how much He loves each and every one of us. Our children’s program helps kids learn more about God through fun worship songs, play time with other kids, and Bible stories tailored to their age group.

We offer programs for newborns through 5th graders. We have a nursery available for newborns through 3 year olds. Then, once kids turn three (or they’re potty trained), they can move to the Jungle Room! This is a space for kids in Pre-K through 5th Grade.

When We Meet

  • Wednesday Night - 6:30-8:00

    On Wednesday’s, the kids gather for fun activities and a lesson after our weekly FUEL dinner. This schedule follows the school year schedule, so we meet on Wednesdays throughout the fall, winter, and spring.

  • Sunday Morning - 9:30-10:30

    On Sunday mornings, we offer a program for kids during the worship service. Kids can come and experience an activity and a bible message. We offer a nursery for the little ones at this time, too!
