Cardio Drumming at New Haven UMC

We’re hosting a Cardio Drumming class at New Haven UMC! Nichelle Ganger from Healthy Haven will be leading a low-stress workout class for all fitness levels on November 15th, 2023.

We will start at 7:00 p.m. and the workout class is 45 minutes.

We will have our regular Wednesday night FUEL meal at 5:45. Then, we will begin cardio drumming at 7:00 p.m.

This event is only for adults, but we will have classes for preschool through 5th grade and youth group for middle and high school students. We also have childcare available for the little ones, too!

The cost of the event is $5 , but we will have the supplies ready for you. Come in your workout clothes and tennis shoes, and get ready to work hard!

If you have your own bucket, ball, and drumsticks, bring them!
