Gratitude Journal Challenge
Let’s commit to combat negativity throughout the month of October!
Starting Monday, October 3rd, we have a challenge for you. Commit to spending 5 minutes each morning writing in a gratitude journal.
Strive to write in your gratitude journal every day. If you miss a day, don’t let it stress you out! Just keep moving forward.
If the morning doesn’t work for you, find a time that does. Right before bed, during your lunch break, or any other time of day. Just keep it consistent.
If you’d prefer to type your gratitudes, then do it! Open up a note in your phone or a word doc on your computer. Find what works for you and stick with it.
You can do this! We’re all doing this together. Let’s finish out 2022 on a positive streak.
